Due to the nature of candles and floral products, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Do not burn for more than 3–4 hours at a time.
Stop use when 10 mm of wax remains.
